Mike Zimmer

Mike is President and founder of Bay State Insurance Agency Limited and past President of Chesapeake Association of Life Underwriters.  With his unique approach to retirement planning and passion for helping others to succeed, Mike's clients benefit from his many years of service in the financial field and in the community.

Mike is 72 years old and has been in the financial services business since November of 1973.  Mike earned his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations through the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.  His educational background and experience enable him to work with Seniors and their families in helping them reach their own personal family goals.

Mike specializes in retirement accumulation and retirement preservation which encompasses Annuities, Life Insurance, Medicare Supplement Insurance, Dental and Vision.

Mike and his wife, Cheryl, live in Ingleside, Maryland with their pup, Specs, and their six kitties Allie, Prince, Slim, Handsome, Humble and Vinnie   They are also visited each day by two special outdoor kitties named Josephine and White Paws.

Rebecca Thacker

Rebecca is Vice President of Bay State Insurance Agency Limited.  She is 71 years old and has been in the financial services business since January of 1989.  Rebecca earned her Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Registered Health Underwriter designations through the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Her educational background and passion for helping others enables her to work with Seniors and their families.  Thinking of them as part of her own family, and by building a personal one-to-one relationship, she has a special understanding of their needs for the future.

Rebecca specializes in retirement accumulation and retirement preservation which encompasses Annuities, Life Insurance, Medicare Supplement Insurance, Dental and Vision.

Rebecca and her husband, Alan, have two adult children, Allyson and Robert, one terrific granddaughter, Allysa, and two awesome Great Grandsons, Daniel and Asher.   Rebecca and Alan live in Centreville, Maryland with their very special fur ball..."Chase".
